What ApexLens collects and why.

Beta emails

When you join the beta, we collect your email address, consent version and time, referring page, and campaign tags. We use them only for beta access and occasional product updates. Cloudflare processes the form and Resend stores the contact and sends email. We do not sell this information.

Gameplay uploads

The public rotation prototype uploads the video you select to Google Cloud for analysis. Source uploads are scheduled for deletion after one day. Generated replay artifacts are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Storage soft-delete recovery may retain deleted objects for up to seven additional days. Do not upload footage you do not own or have permission to use.

Product analytics

We use PostHog to record a small set of funnel events such as page view, signup, upload, and completed replay, along with page and campaign labels. We do not send email addresses to PostHog or create analytics person profiles.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To request access or deletion, email privacy@apexlens.gg.
