For bursts it can follow clearly, it estimates how far your aim moved up or down from the first shot. Bursts it can’t follow are left out, not guessed.

Each gun gets its own result: how many sprays were tracked, where each one finished, and the clip behind each dot. When the sprays don’t agree, it says so.
What the numbers can and can’t tell you.
- These are estimates from gameplay video, not game data or input telemetry.
- Following a moving target also moves your aim, so a spray that finished higher may have been tracking someone.
- Many bursts can’t be tracked clearly: fast turns, smoke, flashes, and scopes get in the way. You’ll see how many were tracked.
- One session is a snapshot. Spray Check shows what happened; it doesn’t grade your recoil control or tell you how to fix it.
What we keep and delete.
- You paste a link to a VOD. You don’t connect your Twitch account.
- The source video is deleted automatically 7 days after it’s added. Your results stay in your account until you delete the recording.
- Share links are opt-in. A share card shows the gun, the numbers, and your display name if you choose. It never shows video.
- You can turn a share link off at any time. Images people already downloaded, and link previews cached by apps like Discord, may stay after you do.

Is it free?
Yes, during early access. You need a free ApexLens account so your recordings and results stay private to you.
Does it read game memory or my inputs?
No. It only uses the recorded video, after you play. Nothing runs alongside Apex.
Why were only some of my sprays tracked?
Spray Check only measures bursts where the view is clear enough to follow. It would rather show fewer sprays than guess at the rest.
Is finishing higher bad?
Not necessarily. Target movement, distance, and attachments all change where a spray finishes. Spray Check shows the pattern in your session; what it means is up to you.
Can I share my result?
Yes, if you want to. You choose when to create a share link, and you can turn it off later.
